Can I order a car to take me to a restaurant and a separate order to take me back so I am not paying for the driver in-between?
Yes. You may book separate one-way journeys rather than keeping the chauffeur waiting.
Can I be notified when my car arrives?
Yes. Your chauffeur can notify you by SMS or phone call on arrival, follow doorbell instructions, or wait with a name board where appropriate. Please specify your preference at booking.

How far in advance do I need to book?
We can sometimes accept short-notice bookings, subject to availability. However, we recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during peak periods
Can I set up an account / pay by invoice?

Do young children count as passengers?
Yes. All passengers, including children, count toward the total passenger number for the booking.
When do I pay for my booking?
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is taken 7 days before travel. For short-notice bookings, full payment is required in advance.
I’m bringing a baby — do you provide baby/child seats?
Yes. Child seats are available on request, offering added comfort and peace of mind for families. Please request this at the time of booking.
