Chauffeur Requirements

  • Valid PCO Licence
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional chauffeur experience
  • Two character references
  • Impeccable appearance: suit, shirt, and tie
  • Excellent London topographical knowledge

Vehicle Requirements

  • TfL-licensed vehicle, typically under 4 years old
  • Approved models include Mercedes-Benz S-Class, E-Class, V-Class, EQV, EQS; Range Rover Vogue Autobiography LWB; BMW i7; Bentley Mulsanne; Rolls-Royce Phantom

Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

All chauffeurs must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
and Supplier Agreement. Absolute discretion, calm
professionalism, and reliability are essential.

No. Kensington Chauffeurs chauffeurs will never exceed legal speed limits. Safety and comfort always come first.

Yes. Our chauffeurs drive in a calm, smooth, and considerate manner, always in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and the law.
Will my chauffeur respect my privacy and confidentiality?
Absolutely. All Kensington Chauffeurs chauffeurs are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. What is said in the vehicle remains private.
Will my chauffeur chat to passenger(s)?
Our chauffeurs are polite and discreet. Conversation is always led by the passenger silence is respected, and conversation is welcomed when initiated.
Will my chauffeur use a mobile phone whilst driving?
No. Chauffeurs do not use mobile phones while driving, in full compliance with UK law and our standards.
Will my chauffeur open doors for passengers?
Yes. Door opening is part of our service and is offered for both courtesy and passenger safety.
Will my chauffeur carry my luggage?
Yes. Your chauffeur will always offer assistance with luggage to ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival and departure.
