Vehicle FAQs

Can I charge my phone in the vehicle?
Yes. Charging options are available for iPhones and selected devices. If you have a specific requirement, please let us know at booking.
Will bottled water be available in the vehicle?
Yes. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all clients.
How old are your vehicles?
With the exception of vintage vehicles (where applicable), our fleet is typically less than three years old.
Is the car non-smoking?
Yes. All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Comfort stops can be arranged upon request.
Can I eat and drink in the vehicle?
Water is provided. For cleanliness and presentation, eating is not permitted inside the vehicle.
Can I choose a certain colour of vehicle?
Yes. Most vehicles are black or silver, with limited alternative colours available upon request (subject to availability).
Do your cars have on-board entertainment?
All vehicles include audio systems, and some vehicles offer onboard Wi-Fi and additional features. Please request any specific requirements at booking.
How much luggage will fit in the vehicle?
Capacity varies by vehicle. As a general guide:

  • S-Class / 7 Series / Range Rover (and similar): 2 large suitcases + 2–4 carry-ons
  • Smaller saloons: 1 large suitcase + 2 carry-ons If you have extra luggage or large items, please inform us in advance so we can recommendthe most suitable vehicle.
